BBG Group has close to twenty-eight years of property development experience in Australia. Our team identifies quality land holdings and takes them the full distance — acquisition, design, planning approval, construction and settlement — with the aim of realising the maximum value the site can support.
BBG Group was established in Melbourne in 2006 as a full-service property development and construction group. BBG Property Fund, our funds management arm, structures and manages the capital behind that work.

Positions held
Steven came to Australia to study in the late 1980s, settling first in Sydney and then in Melbourne, where he started his first business in the early 1990s. In 2001 he was named Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year for his commercial results and his contribution to business.
He entered property development in 1996 and has invested in and delivered projects continuously since. His strength is judgement across the whole cycle — site selection, early-stage due diligence, construction budgeting, programme control, campaign strategy and sales.
Steven brings substantial international business experience, travelling frequently between China and Australia, and has taken part in significant corporate and estate acquisitions.
