BBG Group was established in 2006 as a full-service Melbourne property development and construction group. BBG Property Fund is its funds management arm.
The fund exists to create investment opportunities in Australian residential property and to seek regular, reliable returns built on projects that are successfully delivered — not merely acquired.
Our funds team carries deep experience across property development, investment, asset management and funds management. We invest only in Australian property, with Melbourne residential as the core focus, and manage the full lifecycle to grow both income and capital for investors.

The mandate is deliberately narrow. We invest where we develop, in a market our team has worked in for decades.

Established suburbs with proven demand, sound infrastructure and durable resale depth.
End-to-end management
Acquisition through to settlement is managed in-house, so reporting reflects what is actually happening on site.
Developer alignment
BBG participates in the projects the fund backs. Our capital sits beside our investors’ capital.
