What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us through the enquiry form on this website: your name, email address, optional phone number, chosen subject and your message. We also record the IP address and browser user-agent of the submission, and the language version of the site you used, so that we can respond appropriately and limit automated abuse.
Why we collect it
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to the enquiry you submitted, and to continue that conversation if you want us to. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry alone.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is visible to the BBG Group staff who handle enquiries, and to the service providers who host this website and deliver our email. We may disclose information where we are required to do so by Australian law. We do not otherwise share it with third parties.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while they remain commercially relevant and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a session cookie to operate securely — in particular to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the contact page embeds a Google map, both of which involve a request to Google that carries your IP address.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a complaint about how we have handled it. Write to [email protected] or to our head office and we will respond within a reasonable time.
