Bellelle, Ivanhoe: structure tops out on Bell Street
The eleven-storey Bell Street development has reached its full structural height, with facade works now following floor by floor.
The structure at Bellelle has reached its full eleven storeys, and facade installation is now progressing floor by floor from the podium upward.
The site sits at the centre of the Heidelberg precinct, a short distance from the Heidelberg Repatriation and Austin hospitals. That proximity shaped the brief from the outset: a genuinely mixed-use building, with retail and community uses at street level supporting apartments above, rather than a residential tower with token ground-floor tenancies.
Designed by Hayball Architects, the project represents an investment of approximately $210 million and is the largest single development the group has undertaken. Enquiries regarding remaining apartments can be directed to our team.
